Office Staff:

Angie

Mrs A. Spall- Office Manager

I was brought up on Magdalen Estate and attended Herman Infant and Herman Junior Schools before attending Gorleston Grammar School (now Lynn Grove High School).  I have always lived locally and after marrying and having our two children I returned to work in Herman Middle School over 25 years ago.  I have been privileged to have been a part of the various transitions the school has undergone resulting in our current Academy status. My job has changed drastically over the years and I have always been proud to be a part of the team and it has been a pleasure seeing the children blossom on their journey through the Academy.

 Angie Finance

Mrs A. Jacobs- Finance Officer

I was born in Liverpool and spent the first fifteen year of my life moving around the northwest and north Wales with my family. We moved to Norfolk when I was fifteen and I have been here ever since. All of my working life has been in finance.  My first experience of Herman was when I came for an interview for Finance Officer  in 2012.   I was immediately impressed with the atmosphere and ethos of the school and was very pleased to accept the job when it was offered. Changing to an Academy in 2014 has meant a lot of changes to my role but has also led to some very interesting times.  I look forward to continuing in my role and playing my small part in the continued success of Herman.
Mrs C. Patterson- Office Administrator
I joined the Academy in April 2017 having worked in a bank since I left school.  What impressed me most from my first day was the friendly, caring atmosphere around the Academy.  Although my role here is very different to what I’m used to, I am really enjoying the varying aspects that it entails.
